Nav-CARE

Nav-CARE is a program that supports people with declining health, be it age-related or a life-limiting illness, to live as well and independently at home for as long as possible. Nav-CARE Volunteers help clients access resources and services in their community, while providing companionship and emotional support. Nav-CARE volunteer navigators are trained to help with these needs.
